輝煌12年，五星酒家創立於2007年，並與年十月八日正式開張營業。五星包含了金，木，水，火，土，五座行星。在中國傳統文化里支配著每個人的命運宿理，和生活習慣有著息息相關的元素。天地之大，包羅萬象，亦離不開這五大行星。

MAY- 代表五或五月，MAY STAR即是五星，象徵著：

May Star has been shining brightly for 12 years. Established in 2007, May Star officially opened its doors on October 8th. The five stars represent the five elements: gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, which are integral to traditional Chinese culture and have a significant influence on people's destiny and daily life. These five elements encompass the vastness of the universe.

“MAY” stands for the number five or the month of May, while “MAY STAR” symbolizes the five stars, representing:
Success, Honor, Pride, Nobility, and Prestige.
