唐舍見證著Chef Tong在倫敦市中心持續發展並演變其創新的當代中國美食。唐舍將提供品嚐菜單以及使用季節性食材提供多種風味、技巧、原料和來自中國各地的菜餚的家常菜選擇。

GOUQI witnesses Chef Tong's continuous development and evolution of innovative contemporary Chinese cuisine in the heart of London. Tang House will offer tasting menus and homestyle dishes featuring a variety of flavors, techniques, ingredients, and dishes from all over China, using seasonal produce.

With elegant and refined interior decor, the focus will be on the food, as the main dining area offers a view into the kitchen. There are also two private dining rooms available.

Chef Tong has been appointed as the Restaurant Director, bringing with him a reputable background in front-of-house roles within the hospitality industry, including experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, global brands, and five-star luxury hotels. Brands he has worked with include Hakkasan, Four Seasons, Imperial Treasure, and Shangri-La The Shard. He serves as a judge on the panel for Young Chefs and Young Waiters in the China/Southeast Asia region and is a member of the Institute of Hospitality.

The traditional wine cellar is well-stocked with Chinese wines and selections overseen by Tang House's head sommelier. Bar manager Jamie Rowe brings extensive experience from working at some of the world's best cocktail bars, introducing an innovative cocktail menu inspired by the Four Divine Beasts of China: the Azure Dragon of the East, the Vermilion Bird of the South, the White Tiger of the West, and the Black Tortoise of the North.
